Wat time to book Carambola

We are stopping at St Kitts on a day when there are two other ships in port. The other ships get in at 8am and we arrive at 10am on the Carnival Sunshine. i have heard Carambola will hold your beach reservation for upto 30 minutes. So if we are arriving at the dock at 10am. What would be the best time to book Carambola. We are a group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 boys).

Beach reservations are held for one hour. It is a close cab ride from the port area. Go to shipwreck and rent chairs if there are none available at Carambola.

Be prepared to wait. We're on the beach now but only after 45 minute wait in the sun to set up chairs and umbrella. Finally had to go up and get chair cushions ourselves. A substantial part of the problem is the aggressive tourists who push themselves in front of others and just take the supplies that are brought and drag them away from the beach attendants. It's like sharks going after chum...

It appears the "CRUISE HERDS" have discovered Carambola :eek:

We just returned and Carambola was absolutely beautiful.

We paid $4pp each way for a taxi. The chairs were all set and reserved for us close to the beach as requested. We took snorkel gear with us and saw lots of fish and a star fish.

The food and drinks were quite pricey and that was the only downside.

Thank you for the information. I just contacted them on the FB page and am waiting to hear back. It sound like just what we are looking for in St. Kitts.
