When they are full. I have never seen a schedule in that sense for the cruise line transfers.

It depends. Last summer, we had a 6 p.m. flight and was anticipating spending the afternoon in the airport. We got to Heathrow at 10 a.m. - early enough to change our flight to one that left at 12 noon!

As Bruce's answer. But usually the first one around 8am. They allocate separate coaches for each terminal, usually with a final coach covering stragglers to any terminal.

Time taken to get to the airport depends on traffic, about 2 hours plus on weekdays, as little as 90 minutes on weekends.

Cruise lines generally advise people not to book their coaches for flight departures before 12.30 or 1.00 pm.

For early flights as soon as the ship gets clearance and and can get passengers off and to the buses.

The ETA is frequently around 5 am. It is advised to not book flights any earlier than 7 hours before flights from Heathrow.
