Tony20 Posted August 23, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 23, 2017 Is the one device option for just a single device the whole cruise or one device at a time?

trvlmil Posted August 23, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2017 I have purchased the one device package and was able to switch between my iPhone and iPad. You can log onto one device at a time.

2nsmom Posted August 24, 2017 #5 Share Posted August 24, 2017 no bad at all..I had to ask the desk to help me figure it out the first time, but after that it was easy. :D
Hey Tina Posted August 24, 2017 #6 Share Posted August 24, 2017 How annoying is it to switch between devices? Thanks. It helps if you go to logoff.com. Otherwise the connection will expire after a certain period (of inactivity?)
Biker19 Posted August 24, 2017 #7 Share Posted August 24, 2017 How annoying is it to switch between devices? Thanks. Some of it depends on the ship - on some ships the second device to login automatically kicks off the first device. On others, you have to logoff the first device before you can login the second. The trick is to have the login info handy - take a pic of the info card.
bestbudz Posted August 25, 2017 #8 Share Posted August 25, 2017 We switched back and forth the whole cruise. It did not bother me at all.
jamesr3939 Posted August 25, 2017 #9 Share Posted August 25, 2017 Easy to switch back and forth. A couple of times it didn't kick off the first device when I logged on with the second. Even with the unlimited I still logged off when I didn't need it. Figured it helped speed up the service for others.
Elationismyship Posted August 25, 2017 #10 Share Posted August 25, 2017 How annoying is it to switch between devices? Thanks. For us it was a breeze....just asked each other before jumping on. Take a picture of the card so you can have quick reference for the login info. My wife and I get by just fine on the one device plan and had no real troubles switching between. Most of the time I was able to log on without her logging off, this was on Freedom. We used both iPhones and her iPad throughout the week just fine.
