Has anyone stayed in this cabin? It is beside laundry. Wondering about noise and traffic

Regent ships do not have suites on deck 5. Do you have the right suite number?

Navigator has a deck 5 and the cabin is next to the laundry room as you mention anteemom. I have been twice on deck 9 on Navigator, and also been near the laundry room on Voyager. It didn't really cause any issues at all, but if the door was left open it could be noisy. It also would depend on the amount of traffic out and in the door.

Oops -- sorry - I stand corrected! I tend to forget about the Navigator. Personally I would not take a cabin on the Navigator next to anything that can be noisy because, IMO, the noise travels more on that ship than the other two.
