Condition of France/Germany floods?

I leave in 2 weeks for 2 weeks in the Loire Valley of France before a cruise Rotterdam to Boston. Does anyone have any comments on the likelihood of being able to visit Reims, Giverny, Chambord, Amboise, Chenonceau, Bayeux, and Rouen? The TV news here is making it look pretty dramatic but I am wondering if anybody there could comment on the extent of damage and ability to drive in these areas due to washed out roads etc. At this point, can still make adjustments easily and no cost. Thanks to anyone in the area responding to this message.
