kenish Posted April 26, 2015 #26 Share Posted April 26, 2015 Airliner photography is one of my occasional pasttimes. The roof of Parking Spot is a good vantage point.
scottbee Posted April 26, 2015 #27 Share Posted April 26, 2015 AS was indeed very accommodating...We have changed our flights from BUR-YVR to LAX-YVR round trip...much better flight times. Alaska are normally very good with this sort of thing.
critterchick Posted April 27, 2015 #28 Share Posted April 27, 2015 I just want to thank all of you so very much that offered help/suggestions for our flight change dilemma. AS was indeed very accommodating...We have changed our flights from BUR-YVR to LAX-YVR round trip...much better flight times. Now deciding where to park at LAX...VNY flyaway doesn't leave early enough for us (my opinion) for our 8:00am departure. Was considering Lot C but thinking it might be a better option to use a private company (place) like the WallyPark or the Parking Spot...any first hand experience with either of these ? Again much thanks to all :) Wally Park was our first choice until we discovered Cheap Airport Parking. http://www.cheapairportparking.org/parking/index.php?airport=LAX&src=adwords&network=g&device=c&campaign=Cheap_Parking&adgroup=LAX_stat&ad=26781839046&kw=lax%20parking%20lot%20c&match=b&gclid=CLnck5W_lcUCFe_m7AodUBIApg We park at the Westin LAX, which nominally charges $30/night, for $8.00/night. Pay one night up front and the rest when you pick up your car.

Haven't checked with any of the private shuttle's yet but an additional concern is we will have a toddler with us and not taking his carseat (will be left in our car) since we won't need one at any of our ports in Alaska...we use the CARES system for his airplane seat.
