Casino Comp Chick Posted July 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 23, 2016 I have never heard of 90% of their slots. https://www.konami.com/gaming/Games/GamesCatalog.aspx
Sand and Seas Posted July 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 24, 2016 Since it's a 'Casino Management System', I wonder if it will be tracking playing across all of the three brands? Perhaps it could lead to comped cruises on another brand? We haven't been on Oceania or Regent Seven Seas.
1smudslide Posted July 27, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 27, 2016 Does this mean Konami will be the only brand on NCL?

That's a shame. I don't like most of their machines!
VideoTech Posted August 2, 2016 #6 Share Posted August 2, 2016 Does this mean Konami will be the only brand on NCL? Probably not. First of all, NCL and the others won't simply dump their leased or rented inventory of machines...they'll finish out the leases. More importantly, they know they need to keep the mix of machines fresh and similar to what gamblers find and like in their land based casinos. We get the brochures from Oceania and Regent as a result of cruising NCL, but never any offers.
asubaru Posted August 7, 2016 #8 Share Posted August 7, 2016 (edited) I don't think there's any cause for alarm regarding slot choices/inventory. It is a gaming management/marketing system for slots and tables. They should be able to analyze players to the max. For machine players they would be able to provide real time reminders of things like reservations or appointments. They could reward customers with bonuses or free play instantly. Hey, this could really be for our convenience. <g> For table game players they could adjust theo based on your speed of play, skill along with the usual. It has very sophisticated capabilities. All this being said, NCL will have to have people that know how to operate the system, analyze the data and act accordingly. I can't even imagine......
