I agree, the first pics I saw made the ship look gaudy. Its still a little over the top in places, but its also elegant in others.

I agree. It's definitely a little busy in some places, but still looks good.

PHLYDUDE - Question? When in May? We can't get any replies on the Roll Call for May 8th. Is any one else going on the May 8th cruise. It is rather a big ship for just my wife and I to sail.

I am traveling on the 4/3/05 sailing of the valor, and can't wait. Especially since it is a nasty snow day here in Chicago.

Thanks again for all the info...one question, are the pools fresh water or salt. On all my previous Carnival cruises they have been salt...the only negative when compared to fresh water pools on other cruise lines....

I just drove home to Buffalo Grove IL from Morton Grove IL a trip that normally takes 30 minutes.. took me 1hr. 10 minutes!!!

Yes, its also a Conquest class ship like Conquest, Glory and Valor. The theme of each ship is different.

Im also on Liberty for the Holidays. We have a roll call going already come over and check us out. I will move it up for you.
