barefootguy Posted March 15, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 15, 2005 Really outstanding photos & nice web site!!! We'll be doing a similiar cruise, but only 10 days, on the Coral Princess in December. Now I'm really looking forward to it!!! Again, just great pix with excellent resolution!!! And thanks for not posting the other 200 pix that were not of this quality! Wish more folks would pick & sort to find the best of their photos & not post everything...:)
mii Posted March 15, 2005 #5 Share Posted March 15, 2005 Outstanding pictures. We were on the Coral Princess last Feb. 2004 and that brought back fond memories. Again thanks for sharing. Marilyn
bjboothman Posted March 15, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 15, 2005 Really great photos. We did the Coral/Panama last April and will do it again in December. Those pictures show some angles I didn't even see on the ship. Nice review of the entire trip, too.

SNOWEY Posted March 20, 2005 #10 Share Posted March 20, 2005 Downwind: Thanks for the great photos of your PC cruise. I too saw things in your photos that I didn't see when I was on the PC cruise 12/30/04. I especially enjoyed your summary page. Very well organized. I bought one Mola when we stopped in Colon but did not know what the women's tribe names were. Glad to know that. Thanks for sharing:) . radiofreebc Posted April 13, 2005 #13 Share Posted April 13, 2005 On May 8, 2003 I was onboard the Radiance of the Seas as she transited the Panama Canal from east-to-west. I shot this video from the ship's bridge throughout the day, and I have posted it on http://www.CruiseJournals.com for all to see. You'll find it in the "Downloads" section, and it's pretty fun to watch. It's a time-lapse of the entire transit from beginning to end, and it takes less than 2 minutes to see the whole transit. Very fun to watch. You'll want to watch it a few times, I can guarantee it. You will need QuickTime to view it...sorry, no Windows Media or RealPlayer. CruiseJournals uses QuickTime exclusively for all online video content. QuickTime is available free here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ The video also captures a very extreme weather day in the canal. The rain was very heavy at times and adds a great element to the video. Have a look, and share the link with anyone who may be going on a Panama Canal cruise...or is just interested in seeing the process of transiting this modern wonder of the world. http://www.cruisejournals.com I would like to thank CHUM Television Canada (http://thenewvi.com) for providing the facilities to digitally process this video.
