Alternatives to RCCL 11/12 night Med Venice cruise?

I'm looking at going on the RCCL Mediterranean Venice Cruise later in the year, but as some of the dates don't quite work out I started wondering if other lines do a similar cruise but can't seem to find out online?

The cruise in question is on the Vision of the Seas and departs Barcelona on its way to an overnight stay in Venice via Florence, Rome, Naples. Our requirements are a start/finish (or just a finish) in Barcelona as we want to spend a few days there either side of the cruise and it must go to Venice and Naples. RCCL do a one off 9 day cruise on the Serenade I think but that only goes one way to Venice and is too early in the year for us to book.

Any other cruise lines do a similar cruise?

Go to http://www.cruisetimetables.com, and choose Barcelona as your departure port. then choose the time you want to travel. It will show you who is sailing from there, and their itinerary. Or you could choose Venice as departure port. Or if you want to end the cruise in Barcelona, choose it from the second list of ports, destinations. Lots of choices. the problem with your itinerary desires is that it is difficult to do a R/T from Barcelona and visit Venice in less than 14 days. Another problem is that Venice had put a restriction on the size of ship that could sail through the lagoon into Venice, so the ships that were calling regularly in past years could not enter. Venice has just recently lifted that restriction, but too late for cruise lines to rearrange their ships/schedules. Take a look at Island Princess and HAL Nieuw Amsterdam. they are doing 12 night cruises to/from Barcelona. Likely more money than RCCL, but maybe worth it in an inside cabin to get the itinerary when you need it. EM

Without knowing your date specifics, it is a bit hard to help you. But Holland America does a 12 day that meets your general statements on their N. Amsterdam. You can go from BCN to Venice, or vice versa, it stops in Naples.
