W guarantee- Res being modified?

I went to check to see if we were assigned yet and was booted out of the system with " this reservation is being modified come back later"

Hope this means they are assigning our JS.

I then went to my son's reservation to make sure they completed their cruise docs yesterday. Same thing.

Any clues why Royal would be in both reservations? I am linked to his.[emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]

The same thing happened with ours. I logged out and waited an hour. When I logged back in, we had our JS assignment.

If you "X" out of the browser when looking at a reservation, it stays locked for a while.

I get this message occasionally for no apparent reason. Wait a while and try again.

Same thing here. Don't have a guarantee. Just wanted

to check the Cruise Planner. They might be updating

things so will check back in an hour or so.

I haven't been able to get into my reservation today either. For awhile it was even saying I didn't have a cruise booked.

I don't have a guarantee room. I was just going to look at excursion options in the cruise planner.

must be working on the website. Glad I wasn't the only one. :)

Mine says that as well as it tells me my reservation # has an error.

Well they assigned my JS 9636. I was in long enough to see the suite assignment then kicked out again.........

Haven't been able to view mine for the past few hours either. I'm a guarantee.

This happened to me. As previously stated if you don't exit out of your reservation properly it can get locked up. If you call customer service they are able to unlock for you.

Or just clear your browser and cookies and log back in.
