  1. It certainly goes towards explaining why US healthcare is so expensive. 😀
  2. I’m not sure I see the distinction you are making. On normal embarkation days only the Grills passengers get lunch. With your experience, I’m sure you also remember the days of QE2 when in transit QGs were sent off to the Princess Grill for lunch.
  3. Does your friend have any views on the QG restaurant?
  4. On the other hand, a slightly anonymous man with a gorgeous wife might offer you a fortune for them. 😀
  5. I was going to ask if you had been to Rick’s. If you have those letters, tread carefully and keep an eye out for potential assassins. I suppose you might say the original Rick’s Café was a little touristy too. 😀😀
  6. I’m shocked, shocked I say, but I think it might be Casablanca.
  7. Yes, sorry, of course s/he was. And indeed it is, and very useful too.
  8. I hope it hasn’t been abandoned in line with the alleged modernity of the new ship. After all, modern people don’t write letters, do they? They text.
  9. Lunch starts at 1, but I doubt it will be available in BC. The pub is very well spoken of.
  10. A one off for the maiden voyage I should imagine.
  11. No fruit skewers, no ice cream, no tea? Dear me.
  12. Nowadays, English wine, at least, is usually pretty nice, if a little expensive.
  13. No Deck 9, in among all the Q5s and 6s, and a most depressing space it is. Totally agree about tea. The Grills Lounge on QM2 is fairly miserable as well. Queens Room much more impressive, and there is music.
