  1. While I understand your point, and am not a real gambler, I might argue the first line is not true.
  2. We were on the Vista when she first came out in the med. At the Diamond event (a breakfast with senior staff) I sat with the chief engineer, who explained the HVAC system and how much more balanced it was and easier to cool (or heat) the ship. If was clear how proud he was of the system in his explanation.
  3. Vista and Excel class have supplemental air in cabins, hence the loss of a closet.
  4. another red herring, I check this every single cruise with a digital thermometer in both cabin and common areas, on 7 ships since the restart
  5. Interestingly, Carnival used to do Med seasons for new builds. That ended a while ago. You are correct, part of that reason was build delays. We were extremely disappointing when the very first sailing of the Mardi Gras from Copenhagen was cancelled for this reason. MAJOR Disappointment.
  6. Watery sewage water sounds appetizing. 🤮
  7. That stuff burns me up. Where did you eat? Or was the cheesy potatoes good enough,
  8. I agree on the assessment of the MDR on this class.
  9. Food is subjective. This particular meal was never my fav, but to each their own.
  10. On the TV channel guide, I did not see any movies, is it in a different area (before the channel guide)?
  11. We were on her in late Feb and experienced nothing like what you mention. Special note was our room (Ocean Suite) was 2nd coolest we have experienced. 66.5 at the coldest setting. Sorry your experience was down somewhat.
  12. You pose an interesting question. I have no first hand knowledge of a definition of how long an inaugeral season is, but that said I very secure in telling you you will be fine with your sailing.
