Carnival website

Is anybody else having problems logging into carnival.com? I haven't been able to get on for a couple of days now. TIA

I never seem to have any problem at all with their website, but others seem to have intermittent problems.

 

I was in my reservation last night. No problems.

 

I stay logged in there. I never log out.

On the site now, no problems. You might need to clear your cache.

I normally stay logged in as well. I just can't get to MyDocuments to try to book more excursions. I'll call them. Thanks

Well first, you don't book excursions through MyDocuments, second to access MyDocuments you have to be using Internet Explorer (Not Firefox or other 3rd party browsers).

Clear your cookies and then try again. That's a common reason for cruise line web site problems. When they change things on their site, the information in the cookies no longer matches and resulting errors occur. Clearing the old cookies results in your PC having to reload the new ones on revisiting the site.

i just logged in a few minutes ago - no problems, although all i did was look, didn't try to actually do anything.

Yeah, I can get logged in but can't do anything with excursions. Just found out they changed our iten and we had diving booked already for Roatan but now we aren't going there, going to Costa Maya. And we lost Freeport for Nassau too. Nassau..Been there done that. Thanks for the help. No more responses need. :D
