  1. As one of the “lucky ones” on the list having received the refund on May 23, my sister, on the other hand, who booked from the UK for the same cruise and requested refund on the same day as me, still has not received hers. She isn’t a CC member. So I don’t understand how this works either. We booked from Canada.
  2. Happy to report we just received money back from March 14 odyssey departure, refund requested March 15. No email received, I just checked cc balance.
  3. Cruise date March 14 and cancelled March 14 when we had already arrived in Barbados. Sent in request for refund March 15. We have received refunds for the two excursions booked. I called Seabourn earlier this week and was told the refund had been processed last Friday, May 15 (60 days) but as of today May 22 nothing has appeared on credit cards.
  4. I called yesterday and was told it would be 60-90 days from when you let them know what your choice was (full refund or FCC). They wouldn’t even take my reservation number and said at this time they couldn’t check on an individual booking until nearer 60 days whether for cruise or excursion refund.
