  1. Just used the Stock Perks app for the second time. It is even easier than the first time, just logged in and typed in my booking number. The next day I got an E-Mail that my account has been credited.
  2. Is anyone else having trouble with On Line Check In? I am at the 30 day point and can download my documents without a problem, but still can not do Check In. I have tried both the website and the app, and only get error messages. Last week I called Customer Service a few times and opened trouble tickets, but no resolution. Worst case scenario, I have to do Check In at the pier, but curious if anyone else is having this problem and if they found solution.
  3. I once went to an Art History lecture, it was interesting and well presented. During this event they raffled off a poster, and my ticket was drawn, I was told to stop by the Gallery later to receive it. When I stopped by that evening to pick up the poster that I had won, they told me that the poster that I thought that I was to receive was the ship's copy, and that they would send me an identical one if I paid the shipping cost. There was nothing special about this poster, yes I would take it if it was free, but I wouldn't pay for a copy.
  4. I downloaded the app this morning, still getting used to it. I cruise in 2 weeks so I will also keep the old app and do a side by side comparison.
  5. I have made a vow not to be a Grumpy Old Man, bring on the new app, I'll give it a try.
  6. I don't want to be a grumpy old man, so I accept that things will change. The trend from formality to the new more causal attitude, was not appreciated by the long term loyal cruisers, but loved by the new younger passengers. I have found myself moving up the food chain over the years. I still enjoy Princess, but I get a larger cabin and Reserve class now. I also like Azamara cruise line. If Princess and Azamara no longer suits my needs, there are luxury lines that I can try. The industry has no problem filling cabins lately, so if all of the unhappy people stop cruising, it won't affect them. They must be doing something right.
  7. Yes, that is the way I had to do it to add my wife as an authorized user. Delete the credit card and then reenter it with her as an authorized user. The app has always been difficult to work with, I'm surprised that after all of this time they still haven't hired a good IT team to polish the user interface.

  9. I received my B2B confirmation within 24 hours, and the E-mail apologized for the delay.
