My TA, who is a well known leader in his/her industry, has told me (in the strictest confidence) that over the past few months not a single person has inquired about Crystal at his/her agency, least of all made a booking. Based on these irrefutable facts, I can only speculate that Crystal’s latest offer is less a goodwill gesture to former customers, and more a desperate lifeline to save sinking sales.
