  1. Yes, but it's a tiny cheap piece of plastic. Lapel pins are meaningless unless you're Pinnacle
  2. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-rooms/royal-suite-class
  3. Or a combination of both. You can grab a check-in time for everyone, then everyone else can enter their passport/credit card details at their convenience.
  4. You'd be pretty limited since it's only a 5 nighter. If they extend the Labadee cancellations again, you're probably either Turks and Caicos or a Bahamas stop.
  5. Vision is a classic example of a long and lean route since she does so many 9 nighters.
  6. What small ships aren't sailing full though? It's likely more the long and thin routes, which are more likely to get slotted to a smaller ship, that aren't sailing full. The more traditional vacation routes, no matter ship size, are definitely full.
  7. I think you answered your question just by asking it.
  8. I average about 3 drinks a week at home. On a cruise ship? Yeah that number goes up quite a bit.
  9. You could insert some "why eat that then?" commentary about any time of day. Why eat soft serve at 11am? Why eat Sorrento's pizza late? Why spend 3 hours at dinner at Chef's Table or ESC?
  10. Out of curiosity I looked at their prices. My goodness. A 7 night cruise just touring Maryland and Virginia is more per person than I paid for three in a grand suite next month for an 8 night cruise on RC.
  11. Have you ever been on a cruise before? People tend to eat a lot more than they would at home.
  12. This is normal. Busy the first night. Busy the last night. Generally dead the rest of the time.
  13. Skyway Bridge in Tampa is 190 feet. Key Bridge (RIP) and Bay Bridge in Baltimore are 186 feet. Gotta think they would ensure the ship fits at both if they're going to do but one.
  14. Google for RC drink prices. There are lots of results
  15. The difference is really billing and convenience. With a 1 person, [more than 1] device package, it's billed to one person and you can knock each other off if you log in with an additional device once you attempt to log in with a new device when all the logins in your package are currently in use. With multiple 1 person, 1 device plan, that's good for when you want it billed to separate people. Really as long as you don't care about individual billing, the 1 person, [more than 1] device package will always be a better deal.
  16. Now go look at the Queen Mary or QE2 or Mauretania or other classic ocean liners of that era that had similar bows.
  17. They're hoping to get the new dock up and running soon. It was supposed to be done over the winter but the replacement dock had all sorts of issues.
  18. What is a "traditional" bow design? Bow designs are not aesthetic art designs. They have practical uses. And with technology evolutions, bow designs change, too. Besides, Icon' bow design *is* traditional since it looks much more like early ocean liners.
  19. Skagway has dock availability issues right now. That's why it was canceled.
  20. Ben and Jerry's may be gone, but any ship that had a Ben and Jerry's still has an ice cream shop, so that really hasn't changed. Also venues rarely change, so I'm not sure what websites have such outdated info. The RC website and cruisedeckplans always come up first in google searches and they tend to be accurate.
