  1. That’s what I thought but big surprise, Celebrity Move Up got back to me about an hour ago! They assured me that they had my bids and that they are under review. Of course I rather have heard from Plus Upgrade, the third party that runs this program, but I’m happy to know that at the very least my bids are still active even though I can’t access them. I’m hoping that the fact that they are under review means I’m more likely to have my bid accepted, but my cruise is still close to 2 months away so it’s unlikely. Also I put in very close to minimum bids. Whatever,.. I’m still in the game😀
  2. Thanks for your response. I tried what you remember doing. Still no luck. Of course Celebrity move up never responded to my email. Am I just a crotchety old person or has customer service become non existent? It doesn’t matter where, you can’t get a live person on the phone and if you do, chances are they are useless. Not to knock customer service reps, most try their best. But in this automated world they are limited by what their computers allow. Ok I had my rant for the day.
  3. I’m having a similar issue. I made two bids and received an email confirmation that they received it. However when I decided to modify my bid and clicked on the modify tab on the email it it sent me to an error page. This has been going on all week. I’ve tried accessing my bid from the website, no success. I tried an icognitio tab and tried erasing my history, changing browsers, still nothing. I sent Move Up an email, no response. How did you eventually solve your problem?
  4. It's a mystery. If celebrity move up responds to my email asking why I can’t access my bids I’ll post there reply.
  5. I booked with a company that does casino comps and discounts. (Not the celebrity casino club). I guess it’s not a TA, just a third party booking. I agree with your logic. Why allow me to bid just to later determine I’m not eligible? But I can’t think of any other explanation. Hopefully Celebrity Move Up will get back to me.
  6. Yes I did. No luck. I’m wondering if the problem is that I booked through a third party TA. I had contacted celebrity move up and asked for the opportunity to bid and they emailed the offers. I made my bids and received a confirmation email. But maybe I wasn’t actually eligible to bid in the first place? Just a guess. I wrote to celebrity move up but they haven’t responded.

  8. Thanks so much for you easy to understand instructions. I was able to get to the incognito tab. Unfortunately I was still not able to access my bids on Move Up. I’m not sure what’s going on.

  10. I’m having trouble accessing my move up bids. I received the email offer to bid on Saturday for my 10/12 sailing. I made a few bids and received a confirmation that they received them. Today (Thursday) I went to the email to try to modify them and hit the button but it gives me an error message. Same thing when I go to Move Up on the website. Anyone have this happen? Suggestions? As much as I’d like to fantasize that my account is locked because they are reviewing my bid, the cruise is almost 2 months out, so it’s way too early.. I’ve tried changing browsers, turning off and restarting my device but still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks
  11. Do RCCL give you free play based on your play on your last cruise? Or is the extent of what they give is a stateroom comp?
  12. Will be on a TA in October that stops in the Azores from 8am to 6pm. Ive never been there before and don’t know what to expect. There are a few tours through the cruise line but they seem limited. Any suggestions?
