You haven’t looked very well if you have never seen anything electrical in an NCL bathroom. I have never sailed on an NCL ship,that does not have an electrical outlet for shavers in the bathroom. -

You are correct. On board time at ports is generally 30 minutes before sail away. At tender ports last tender time might be an hour before sail away -

Unfortunately when you book air through NCL you are stuck. Once it is ticketed you have to deal with the airline not NCL.
