    I have never heard of early bird tendering on any of my over 10 NCL cruises. Pretty sure it doesn’t exist.

    I would be very surprised if you docked at the Pan American pier. I would anticipate being in Old San Juan.

    If the port is docked you should expect to be able to begin leaving the ship no more than 15 minutes after the stated docking time, and often as soon as the stated docking time. All aboard is usually 30 minutes prior to sail away, but be sure and check the sign board before leaving the ship.

    That has nothing to do with which particular bus the passenger gets on, there are many doing the same transfer. I hope the passengers understand that there are many brown tag busses.

    Can’t see on what was posted where there is anything specifying which bus they are to get on,

    Sorry, but the letter for the bus doesn’t specify which bus you are on, just that you have paid for the transfer.
