  2. Argh, computer issues here. I guess I will try to figure that out so signing out for now.
  3. It was a very great cruise! Good weather, a nice ship and a good group of Cruise Critic folk that met up every afternoon at the Sunset Bar. There was also a nice group at the LGBT gathering at the Martini Bar at night. The itinerary is nice: three sea days and calls on St. Maarten and St. Thomas. There are a lot of people that have done it every year over the last couple pf years.
  4. Thanks, It was not too bad by the time we landed around 3 PM. I think we missed the worst. Peter
  5. What a fun cruise and good get-togethers at the Martini Bar! Hard to believe we were hanging out in the water at Honeymoon Beach on Water Island to cool down, just over 24 hours ago, and now we are in cold, windy New York.
  6. Hi guys, it was nice meeting you all on the cruise!
  7. After three sea days we are in St. Maarten enjoying hot weather. Smooth sailing down. We have had some good CC activities and met a bunch of nice people. Each afternoon at 5 pm we meet at the Sunset Bar and take over a group of tables. Enjoying the ship but still miss the dam ships!9
  8. It is supposed to be windy and waves 7-10 ft tonight. Hold on tight, it is going to be a bumpy ride. Signing off now. Three sea days ahead.
  9. We just passed the Rotterdam coming in! Nice toot-off between the two ships.
  10. Boarding was a breeze. Ouside it is more than breezy - and chilly! Arrived at 10:38 am, boarded at 10:58. Cabins not ready till 1 pm. I miss my dam ship! Oh, everything else so far is good. All the pushing beverage packages is annoying.
  11. Thank you for all the bon voyage wishes! I really need a vacation and can’t wait to be on a ship again. Bring on those 3 sea days in a row to start it all!
  12. In 4 days we will be onboard! Started putting clothes aside... packing Saturday night. Aiming for a carry-on rolling bag and a backpack each.
