Well there’s a hiring freeze for all of Sept. That led me to ask questions of VV employees. Deductive reasoning says there are 2 reasons why they wouldn’t be hiring… 1. Delay 2. They have everyone they need.
So Happenings Cast 1 just finished on RL. Maybe they are Re-signing for BL cast 1.
Apparently, that is not the case as of yet. But some of them do have contracts for other ships.
Interesting.
Next week is when all the answers are suppose to be announced.
Thanks so much for following along, and I’m glad I could help. The cooking class was comp-ed to us. It was $155 per person, and something we would never do normally. However, it was enjoyable.
The pirate ship, yes on Viator. There are two options, and we chose the all inclusive option.
No crazy charges. We did have a canceled trip in London from the airport that was really a pain in the @$$. The driver got to the parking garage and canceled because I guess he didn’t want to deal with the wait/traffic. We had all ready waited 15 minutes for him, so that sucked. But I’ve had things like that happen on Uber or Lyft sooo 🤷🏼♀️
You get 50 points. 😉
I’m at the point that it doesn’t really surprise me. I thought the cleaning was on point. I’ve seen worse in the bigger domestic US cities definitely.
I didn’t see a lot of litter. There was always someone sweeping up everywhere. Now the tagging thing is true. Lots of graffiti. DH even said they should “stop selling spray paint” in Athens because it was a lot. Didn’t really bother me, but it was everywhere.
Definitely… just have to see what fits in the schedule. I was invited to try Ama Waterways, but it just didn’t fit in my schedule for the dates offered.
It just depends. Last year, we did 9 including 2 B2Bs and 2 with our kids. This year, so far, we’ve sailed 3 times, with 1 more scheduled as of now. We have 2 booked in 2024 (January & February).
This year, I tried to focus on being more intentional with different cruise lines and/or different itineraries.
