Right now I'm praying for patience. If I pray for strength I'll hurt some one. The Non-Mother-in-law is taking advice from the broke Daughter-in-law about how to manage her money. If crap stirring and spreading urban rumors were Olympic sports the DIL would have multiple gold medals.

My head is actually hurting from some of the spectacularly bad advise that's been passed along. But not in front of me, cause I'd shut the right down.

Jury Duty is done and I'm off the hook. The settled while we were waiting to get started today. So an hour of sitting in a room gives me credit for serving, so I'm off the list for two years.

I bought lottery tickets on the way home. lol

Well technically I got notice before the end of the year that I could be summoned anytime this year. Had to fill out the questionnaire then. Guess that fast tracks it.

Ive been on quite a few cruises, I'm from Fort Lauderdale (currently Chicago suburbs), my dad worked for NCL for 35 years, we got to cruise for basically port charges when I was a kid, my first cruise was on the SS Norway (lucky enough to sail Norway many times!)...pre 9/11 I got to go up on the bridge of the ships when they were arriving and leaving port, which lead me to a career working as an officer commercial ships (first on them....now handling some from an office in Chicago).  I always cruise with my wife and two sons (8 and 5), and I've got two cruises on the Norwegian Jade booked for this year!   

 

90% of my cruises have been on NCL, but I've done 3 on CCL (Sensation / Imagination / Legend), 2 Disney (Dream / Fantasy), 2 Royal (Majesty / Oasis) and 1 Princess (Caribbean).

Hello! My first cruise was on the SS Norway back in 1992. My mom and I had one of those nice cabins with full windows.

In an odd twist flight for me, anyway, are usually cheaper to SJU than MIA. Finding an affordable cruise out of there, that aligns with my schedule, is another challenge.

I'd like to see this and the option to add excursions in as well. Or maybe just have an "all-inclusive" price that lets includes cheers, wifi, and excursions up to a certain amount.
