Have a great cruise Andrew, Lisa, and Owen!  Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on sailing out of PC as we have only done so with DCL.  We’ll be back on Harmony next year so it will be interesting to see how that differs.

Just got off HM on March 17th. Checker and Mohamed were suppose to be together in the SL. Mohamed just returned and Jeremias left for vacation on the day we boarded (03/10). For our sailing, Checker was moved into the DL and Elaine is with Mohamed now in the SL. Not sure how long this arrangement is going to last for. 

Mohamed and Elaine are amazing! This was my first time meeting both of them as we have only had Cheker and Jeremias in the past. Both are super friendly, personable, and went above and beyond. Elaine told me that use to be the concierge in the SL on Allure.

Thanks, good to know.  I thought they converted those suites on Freedom class ships to two bedroom suites but it looks like that is just on Indy where they did that.  No star class on those ones though (if that is a deciding factor).

Yes.  It's called the Villa Suite (VS) and it's only available on Harmony and Symphony.  Cabin 12640.  We have one booked for late next year.  Max capacity is 14.

I know there are mixed opinions on Hugo, but I loved him on Mariner. He’s been off for a while, I would not mind if he took over on Harmony. Does Harmony have a regular CD these days?

I asked Royal on social media earlier who the CD would be on my Harmony sailing in March.  They would not commit to an answer for March but they did tell me that Michele Scarpato will be back on as of January 20, 2019.

When you booked, did they put My Time Dining as your dining option?

We have a couple of Star Class reservations and this happened to us too. It was taken off and then came back on again.  My TA told me that it has to do with the dining option. When they switched it to traditional (even though you are likely not using the MDR much) the gratuities stayed off.

I messaged Royal earlier and I don't know when the handover date is, but for my December 29, 2018 sailing on Indy, they did confirm that Jamie Fentiman will be the CD.

I did ask about Tim Connor and they would not confirm that he left but they did say that he is not on any of their ships.

Here's where I am confused...people are reporting that they have started to receive full suite benefits (equivalent to a GS) with these cabins and I just got this from Royal:

On the contrary, we found the new Deck 11 JS cabins on Mariner (same layout as Deck 11 on Indy) to be very peaceful and quiet. It's a secluded hallway and no one really travels there unless they are staying there.
