I think the samples should be about a half an ounce but even if I did all the VIP selections, that's a lot of whiskey. Luckily I know my tolerance level and when to shut it down. I will try the Appleton 15. Wishing you all the best in your upcoming surgery. I still have no idea how they can poke in there but they can. I hoping you can get relief and be able to see more clearly.

Big night tonight as I will be attending the Kansas City Whiskey Expo at Harrahs Casino. (Last year pictures) With over 90 venders and distilleries we will meet master distillers, master blenders, brand managers, and many other industry professionals from local, national, and international distilleries who will share their knowledge about their products. We will get to taste small batch, blended, straight, aged, single malt, single grain, cask strength, finished, wheated, peated, bourbon, and rye whiskies as you learn about what gives them their definition. Linda is going with me even though she does not care for bourbon but there is beer, wine and cocktails available too with appetizers. We reserved a room for the night since after all that tasting I don't want to drive. Here's the list. I paid for the VIP so I can taste some of the higher end products. Should be a lot of fun. I just need to pace myself for this one.

What's it cost to make Pinnacle?
Sea Dog replied to gkbiiii's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Since my wife and I did not start cruising till about 5 years ago. The idea becoming Pinnacle was never even considered. We did however want to become Diamond to get some of the associated perks. We just got to Diamond after our last cruise due to thanks in part with Royal's double points promotion. We could in theory in about 5-10 years get to Diamond plus, but for us Pinnacle is too hard to obtain. I respect anyone who has achieved that status no matter how they did it. -

I agree. It was sad because it is a beautiful place with all it's windows. We went there twice and there was a total 6 people in there. The bartender looked like he was bored. -
It's been one year since I retired and it's gone fast. Things I have learned. 1. I love being retired 2. Afternoon naps are the best 3. Raising two puppies (now 1 year old) is a full time job 4. I don't get enough things done around the house because I am too busy doing nothing. 5. After 3 cruises in one year, I can never get enough of being on a ship. 6. All things I said I was going to do I haven't done yet 7. I spend a lot of time thinking about money 8. I like exercising and losing weight 9. I like staying at home rather than going out 10. I've decided I wouldn't change a thing

I agree. It's too big of a file to post on CC. I did most of photos for my live non RAW and I thought they looked great. Plus do you really need to see food in 48mp? I think when you do want to do some interesting photography or something you would want to blow up, having the 48mp is perfect for that.

Looks like you are having a great time. Food looks good too. The Crown bar or like you say whatever it is on Liberty was like that too. Empty till after 10 or 11pm when they do the disco. -
They are still working on the problems. I finally have got my phone working. I cleared out all cookies, browsing history and data. I can't tell you how many times I have done that and I'm supposed to be a professional photographer. Finally able to use my phone for CC. I ended up clearing everything out, as I said above. Restarted my phone. Make sure you scroll up and see the blue box that says login after putting in your user info. For awhile I was not seeing the blue box at the bottom. I had to scroll up.

Finally after clearing out not only browsing history but data from Safari and Chrome I was finally able to log in. A couple of times it still did not let me log in. I got this weird log in error. I have no idea what the bot detection challenge is. I hope I can stay logged on. Thank you all for your valuable help. I really appreciate you.

Glad you getting some better internet. I don't know if the ship has Starlink installed if so it would nice if they enabled it. -
I got an email from CC. They admited they are having issues and are working on the problem. Not sure why it's affecting some devices and not others. They did say it was a device issue. That's very disappointing to hear. I may not watch it now. I really don't care for Andy. He could make those shows so much more interesting. To be on Beyond and not see the ship is ridiculous. I too would like to see Captain Kate talking with the other Captains and sharing stories. I mainly use Chrome and I did that and still had problems. Switched over to Safari same problem. I am thinking it's more on their end after they did the update. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Yes I completely forgot that's a good one. There are so many good ones out there in the $50-$75 price point. Completely forgot. Jefferson Ocean too. Changed to a new password and I still have the problem. The computer and phone is remembering the new password. Like I said no problem on my Macbook it's just my phone that can't access. I guess they don't want me to do any more live reviews?

Still can't get logged on using my iPhone. Stalls mid way. Tried turning off and on, tried clearing history. Nothing works. I think the only reason I can post on here via my laptop is that I have kept the tabs open all night long. Here is some good ones. E.H. Taylor Jr. Small Batch (If you can find it) Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style Henry McKenna Single Barrel 10 Year Bottled-in-Bond Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve Elijah Craig Small Batch Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon (highly recommend this) Weller Special Reserve (if you can find it, this is fantastic)
