We did this cruise, Basel to Amsterdam, last year and loved it. It was cold but not excessively. I brought thermals and only wore them one day. It was nice not having a crowded river.

This is the port schedule for Vienna on our cruise, the Grand European, Budapest to Amsterdam. You arrive in Vienna at 7pm on day 3 and depart on day 4 at 11:55pm. For verification you can use the Viking chat feature and ask for a port schedule for your itinerary.

This isn't necessarily true. If you're traveling with a friend and not a spouse it actually matters if the OBC is split. I bought the shares and shouldn't have to share the credit.

Balcony cabins don't get luggage tags. They need to be printed out along with the boarding pass.

to get an actual answer to your question you'll need to at least supply the ship your interested in. But since they resupply between cruises and sell out during cruises even that won't be accurate.

According to https://cruisesheet.com/norwegian-norwegian-viva-7-night-san-juan-roundtrip-march-31-2024-1699e3 there are only inside cabins available. Maybe that's why it's not showing up.

I just checked and I've seen references to this occurring on various NCL ships as far back as 2019. Whether it's a lifeguard flexing his powers or specific ship rules that change I don't know. But it does occur and has for a while intermittently.

Jewel cruise to Alaska end of May. NCL arranged the Cruise Critic meet and greet with the officers. My husband and I were the only ones to attend. Practically all the senior officers were there and offered any help we might need for the duration of the cruise.
