My experience having sailed on Deck 10, 11 and 17 is that the most motion I felt was on Deck 17.

on 1/6 Allure, I was booked in a JS, bid on upgrades for GS,OS and CLS. Was upgraded 6 weeks out to the CLS for 2X720. My final cost for the room was $3456.

About 6 weeks before sailing date.

Looking forward to your review! I had the pleasure of meeting the Trainman and very much enjoyed talking with him and reading his reviews.

Boarding times are just suggestions... Arrive at the terminal early and be one of the first to board, then you can enjoy a leisurely lunch.
-
When approaching the garage stay all the way to the left to pick up the ramp ... otherwise you might get caught in the traffic going to pickup and it will take a while to get back to the ramp. Learned the hard way

The Crown Loft Suite would be my choice. I love the 2 stories of windows and the view from the bedroom out on the sea (which is my preference over looking at the sports deck). Two bathrooms is a bonus. Deck 17 has the wide corridors, the best staff and is so quiet.

yes you can drive the scooter off the ship. If you prefer the scooter will be 'walked down' the ramp while the user walks off. As far as leaving the scooter somewhere the answer is no. Royal will not be responsible for the scooter.

Yes. The waiters are very accommodating to special requests.

I usually order flowers and other items to be delivered for the 1st day of my cruise. Did the link move somewhere?

We only want it to get on/off the ship, not to use on the ship. He can walk slowly for short distances. He can't stand for any length of time.
You don't say what ship you are sailing, depending on the size of the ship and the location of your cabin there can be a considerable amount of walking aboard the ship. As for the muster drill, on the smaller ships you check in at your station and explain he needs to sit and you will be directed into an area with other passengers with the same issue. On the Oasis class ships if your muster station has no seating when you check in you explain and they will find you a seat. Hope your cruise is great despite the last minute complication.

We rarely if ever use room service but I am looking forward to the cheese steak sandwich on the menue.
I had it on Allure in September...disappointing to say the least. Don't expect much.

It only takes 1 day using RCCL Visa.

Yay! Another live report by Andrew! Thanks... have to wait 78 more days to get back on Allure.

I just booked my first solo cruise on Allure January 6, 2019. Any words of wisdom for a new to solo cruiser?

There is a tray in your room under the ice bucket. Take that to the WJ if you want a tray.
-
Another thing to remember is that the VOOM you are using on the ship is not secure. I just got off Allure recently and my McAfee Mobile Security kept sending me messages to advise it was not secure.

Great Live review, thanks for posting!

Another vote for Arizona Brand Sweet Tea! You can get a 12 pack of cans at Walmart for about $3.75

I can only respond about Oasis and Allure both bathrooms in regular crown loft cabins have a shower, no bathtubs.
-
We sailed in the Accessible Crown Loft on Oasis when my husband used a mobility scooter. He absolutely loved taking the elevator to the 2nd level. The difference experienced in the accessible crown loft vs. the regular crown loft is negligible when factoring out the elevator. The major difference is that the showers in both bathrooms are the typical accessible showers where the upstairs shower in the regular loft is a large glassed in shower with three shower heads.

When I checked on my Royal Up offer about 6 weeks before my January cruise, it said expired on two cabin categories that I had bid on, and on the third it said pending. I was notified the next day of my bid being accepted.
