Correcting errors on the ship is SO much faster than calling HAL on the phone or emailing HAL after you get off the ship!!!!

Jacqui - I'm glad you had a good birthday dinner for Deb - nice birthday cake from HAL! That's great you enjoyed your day in Boston. 😊 I lived around the corner from the Bull and Finch pub before the Cheers TV show made it famous. The character Norm was based on a real life person who always said "One more beer and then I have to go." It was a fun place. HAL needs to get some crackers for the cheese plates!!

Agree that HAL's laundry team is top notch! 😊 I don't do any ironing at home, so I love the way the clothes look when returned by the HAL laundry team.
