They were $18.99 at our Costco and I got one. Being part of the Costco cult, I understand this very well, when you see something new, buy it. A few months before our wedding, Total Wine had selected wine accessories 40% off and Luxardo cherries were included. I bought as many bottles as the system allowed to stock our wedding reception bar. Our bartender actually brought the “correct” cherries in a big tub so we didn’t end up using Luxardo. We are still going through the jars. I have been very generous with garnishes in my Manhattan. 🤣🤣🤣 I totally agree with your opinion on using premium ingredients in cocktails. I went though all the troubles to make a clarified mint lime cordial and I’m not going to let Bacardi silver to ruin the mojito. (This is my very personal taste and I don’t mean to criticize anyone who enjoys Bacardi.)

I’m the minority here that thinks the “biscuits and gravy” is tasty. Glad to see it on Millennium menu. It has been removed from Beyond. The biscuits taste like fluffy pretzels to me without the dark skin.

Fried chicken joke from yesterday aside, agree with mac_tlc, cabins close to fwd elevator have best location IMO. All Retreat facilities are located at front of the ship, just an elevator ride away. No one wants to walk the entire length of the ship with food in belly and drink in hands. If your biggest concern is noise, crew area might be a worse issue than the elevator banks. During the recent sailing, we had cabin 10112 that was directly across from the door to the crew area. We peaked in when the door was open and we could see the stairs and elevators, so it was a heavy traffic area. We can hear the door banging from our cabin. It didn’t bother us but i can see it being a problem for light sleepers. If you are getting 11122/11123, don’t have to worry about crew door noise at all.
