  1. Most ships have LGBTQ meetings each day. Used to be called F of D on Celebrity and the like.
  2. Panama is the only place I needed yellow fever. In 2020 so may have changed now.
  3. Agree absolutely. Have been Ligurian for years now and get little more than Caribbean!
  4. No difference between Caribbean and Ligurian really.
  5. Love formal nights. One of the reasons I stay with P&O. Never dress up at home so makes a change, which is what a vacation is all about for me.
  6. Yes, plenty of seats on this cruise and most people are inside.
  7. First time ever in a seaview as balcony covered in snow did not appeal! Very cosy and light.
  8. Arcadia has always had plumbing problems. Apart from that she is still my second favourite after Aurora.
  9. Just off Aurora. Very smooth. Priority got off at 8.45.
  10. Just off Aurora. Great cruise. Some rough seas (force 12 coming home) but great weather for Norway.
  11. Go for standard if you can, all have good views. I am on Aurora now in ocean view as would not use balcony in March to Norway ( minus 9 yesterday!). I have a single balcony in July as that is all they had left. They have steel frames but a glass front. They, oddly, have twin beds which cannot be converted to queens! Select is worth it if not too much more cost. Good luck.
  12. Internet is £30 for last 5 days remaining on Aurora.
  13. Sadly, yes. On her now and again next month and in July. All cruises were around the 3 grand area for select balcony. She is too popular!
  14. Agree absolutely. Dining room is so much better!
  15. Heard Aurora missed Azores for Vigo. Bad weather everywhere it seems.
  16. Actually I prefer the hanging rail arrangement on Ventura.
  17. Have booked balcony on that cruise for £3599 select.
  18. Cannot be staff moving equipment in the middle of the night on lots of different decks!
  19. Looked at October 3 cruise today. Sold out except insides at £4000. Skip that!
  20. After three consecutive sleepless nights on Iona I went to Reception to see what was going on. Large queue all complaining of the same problem. Did not bother. Luckily rest of cruise was not too noisy. Seems to be a common problem on the two new ships.
