We have tried to put one 12 and one 15 year old in the same stateroom without adults. Guest service does not “technically” allow it and you are not issued new seapasses, but they are giving you extra key cards, so the persons switching room need to have two cards. And let they room steward know of the switch, they don’t mind.

Thank you. Now back home from the holiday. “Official” website said covid test for unvaccinated was required including filling in a form. In the form, uploading negative covid test results was also required for vaccinated adults so we ended up testing all of us. However, no questions asked when entered the US and no immigration/customs in PR and we walked straight to baggage claim and out of the airport. No immigration when leaving for Europe either.

Car rental office at Divi closes at 5 pm, but you can return the car at the the airport much later. Airport is approx 10 min taxi ride away, no idea about rates.

I rented from Hertz, which has an office at the Divi resort, less than 10 min walking from the ship. Payed $65 (including tax and insurance with $500 deductible) for a compact, but got a bigger jeep like car. Car needs to be returned by 5 pm. Lady in the office was not the most customers friendly, but the experience was ok. No lines.

They charge your credit card when booking, but will be refunded if cancelled 72h prior to pick up. I rented from them and everything worked very smoothly. Definitely recommend.

We are flying in to PR from Europe and sailing with Voyager of the Seas on Sunday. The adults are fully vaccinated, but not the kids. Do you know if COVID test is required for international vaccinated travelers? We will test the non-vaccinated kids. We will transfer in Miami, if that matters.

I booked a cruise last year, but needed to cancel due to covid and received FCC instead. When I try to use the FCC towards a new cruise, I can only use the FCC for the cruise itself, excluding taxes and pre-paid gratitude. I was told the reming FCC balance will show up as Onboard credit instead, but this is nowhere to be seen in the app. Is this correct? I’m sailing in 10 days.
