Future Cruise Credits.

I booked a cruise last year, but needed to cancel due to covid and received FCC instead. 
 

When I try to use the FCC towards a new cruise, I can only use the FCC for the cruise itself, excluding taxes and pre-paid gratitude. I was told the reming FCC balance will show up as Onboard credit instead, but this is nowhere to be seen in the app. Is this correct?

I’m sailing in 10 days.

That is correct.  you can only use it towards the cruise fare.

 

Look in your cruise planner and not the app to see the OBC.  If its not there then you will have to call.

Thanks for the quick reply. Will have a look in the cruise planner to see if shows up. Otherwise I assume guest service onboard can support?

Hes a ta and suggested calling ... not waiting until you are onboard.
