Apologies if this has already been asked, but I have two questions. What is the promo value of the welcome back code applied to a future booking? I didn’t receive one, but did book a new cruise within 90 days of return and used FCD. Has anyone successfully requested HAL apply the welcome back code post 90 days upon seeing the debarkation and subsequent new booking were within the guidelines to receive it?

I recently picked up a nice grey front zip Zuiderdam logo sweatshirt on a Canadian cruise and it’s both soft and warm. Wearing it now!

How has the later dining been? We travel in a couple weeks and though we requested the earlier seating, I don’t think we’ll get it. It’s a late dinner for us, but my hope with our 8 & 10 yos is that we’ll enjoy shows the earlier when other little kids are eating and a nice dinner later? Are you enjoying the food relative to other cruises?

I recall seeing that classes like yoga, body sculpting, and spin were $20/+ on my recent cruise, so perhaps let that be your guide?

We travel out of New York on the Dream Saturday, November 4th. It’s not a “Very Merry Christmas” sail, but I’m curious as well to hear if other have had similar experiences with the changeover.

Pretty sure digital access only comes with packages, at least at 5x and 10x level. There was definitely higher level package, but nothing less than inclusive of 8x10s.

Two weeks ago, 5 8x10 printed copies and their digital images on a HAL cruise ship usb were $99. 10 8x10 for $189 (and digital images).

I was on the Zuiderdam cruise two weeks ago. I just looked at my statement and confirm no service charges were added to my two $149 pre-paid spa passes. Has anyone been on the ship with a different experience? I overheard the spa manager tell guests a day pass was $49 however they were not offering them because they had sold so many weekly passes. Perhaps if you are on the fence and your cruise is full, get the pass ahead of time and cancel it later! Also to note, folks paying the $168 on board for passes received a choice of two scented sugar scrubs. I did not and am ok with it given the savings.

Yes, we enjoyed the thermal spa on Zuiderdam just last week! The sailing was at 100% capacity and weekly thermal spa passes sold well enough that they did not allow for any day passes. Purchasing pre-cruise will save you ~$20.

Lucky y’all! We too are on the upcoming cruise, I’ve sailed with HAL twice prior and our boarding time is 3:40! 🐔 dinner for me!
