Well, on board I can keep my spending to around $1000. I will be going solo, but I am more interested in how much people spent doing excursions and exploring the sights along this cruise.

Has anyone done this cruise? What would you say you spent on the cruise itself? Port heavy and sights to be seen in every port. What do you think the cost would be?

My dh and I just sailed with our two boys (2 and 4 yrs) on RCCL Allure and our kids LOVED it! We are now planning our next cruise for next year and are debating between NCL Epic, Breakaway and Disney Fantasy. The boys will be 3 and 5 at time of sailing. Which cruise line and ship have the best activities and kids clubs? Suggestions!

Is the overnight from Nassau to Miami? Or a nowhere cruise from Miami?

Long story short, I hope. Last year cruised using CAS, every time we called we spoke with the same PCC. Right from the start we had his name and extension. Picked up certificate last weekend in AC. We were told we could communicate with our same PCC and the people at the event knew who we were talking about. Called today and was told he was no longer with company. The girl I spoke with said she would help us but she did not have an extension number and every time we call we would just speak with who ever answered the call. Does not sound right to me. Not to mention prices that we quoted seem to have doubled from last year (upgrade, port fee and taxes) even though cruise price seems to have dropped $500 per person from same cruise last year. Does all this sound correct or am I missing something? :confused:

Lynn, if you have a casion credit you'll have to call the casino department. If you need a new PCC, you can use mine if you want, he is good.

Yes, I have. The Majesty is absolutely terrible. The staff is about the only thing good on board.

This is my family's (husband and two kids) first cruise and we booked NCL Breakaway's lowest balcony category BX8710. At first we thought we lucked out in finding such a steal but after some thinking we aren't sure why this price is so low compared to the other balcony categories. We know that the location could be a factor but the price is still too low compared to other balconies at the forward of the ship. If anyone knows any information regarding this room please let us know as we are unsure if we made the right choice. Thanks!

The reason why the price was so low is because you got it on a travel zoo rate. Its a great cabin, great value! You will have a great time.

The Sky is newer, better taken care of and an overall better experience. I did the sky twice last year and had a great time. You can see some of the pictures if you click the link below. If you are going to book, use a personal cruise consultant. They will get you the best deal.

After 4 cruises on Norwegian in 2013, I would have to say my top two places to eat are La Cucina and Teppenyaki in a very close matchup. I absolutely love La Cucina. The atmosphere and the food were awesome. Teppenyaki has great food and if you go with friends, it is a lot of fun.

Everyone is a doctor on here I see? I was on the cruise and I feel great. No problem at all with myself or any of the 7 people in my party. None of us have a flu shot either. Oh, I just sneezed, should I call the cruise line and complain?

I usually carry my own bags on, just because I never have too much stuff, however, this time I am considering using a porter.

First off, where are they? I feel like I can never find them.

Secondly, what do you tip them?

Third, what if you don't have a bag tag?
