WAs on another cruise line stop there in June... no issues

We walked into San Pedro. Expect hilly walk going into. Nothing really worthy short of needed stop at grocery or drug store. Is a bit rough around the edges...

“Celebrity” Suites (comparable to Neptune)are of modernistic design, brighter neutral colors. About same size although bedroom is separate. The benefits that come with Celebrity are so much better and comprehensive… including suites restaurant, and ‘true’ lounge. Overall, Celebrity product much superior

Our experience was …ah…. Done it a few times on Celebrity. Kinda an after thought for Celebrity. Food is good not great, service for Chef’s table fair at best. Other cruise lines do it much better at better price. Was served on Edge in the steak house adjacent wine storage seating…. Tight and noisy. Again our experience is that wine is extra… so value for the experience in our opinion not really worthy.

Can someone bring clarity to calling out Greece visted cruises requiring proctored Covid testing? Why? Whats the driver, when all other Europe locations require other?
