  1. Just chilling in the balcony taking in the action. That house still needs fixing. Those that know, know. No whistle today.
  2. Shane was able to take some time off and joined us for lunch. It was a great time and the food was delicious. If I had to pick between Goldie’s and Oh Andros it would be a tough choice. He and I each got the conch, shrimp and fish with rice and beans, slaw and potato salad. Lisa got the pork chops which were cooked great. Owen had land lovers burger and some of my shrimp.
  3. Lunch at Goldie’s was darn good. They had lots of inside AC seating or at the back covered deck with windows that open. The conch are processed right at the restaurant. There were even live ones among the old shells.
  4. The bold above is exactly the answer. He sampled some of his own playing and used it as a layer. They can’t get anything past you all here. 😀
  5. It certainly was. Easy now, one is far superior to the other. The difference between the two is simple, even though as you note, they can be considered cousins. Cranberries are associated with great things like Thanksgiving. They go with turkey as a complementary side dish to a celebrated holiday. The pilgrims didn’t go wrong. On the other hand pilgrims crossing the ocean accepted scurvy over raisins. Raisins are complimentary to things like oatmeal and carrot salad, things on a cold winter morning or a consumed at a family reunion. That’s where raisins belong, they are the kissing cousins of the dried fruit world. In some locations it’s acceptable but not in my house. We were too. ❤️
  6. Flow riding is done. Justin from down the hall joined Owen and I and we had a blast. The water was heated perfectly but even in Nassau you can have a wind chill. A quick breakfast was had after at the Costal Kitchen. Sunscreen has been applied and Lisa and I are hanging at the Suite sun deck. Owen is off with his friends.
  7. Night all. Nassau tomorrow and flow riding at 8 am. Alram is set for 7, so the night will pass quick.
  8. We are not gonna make the ballon drop, but no surprise they fall at midnight. Owen is going though. Rando couple moment. Headed home.
  9. I will keep you in mind during the week. If I don’t hit it on the last day remind me after my final thoughts and I will give you my honest feed back.
  10. Prior to all that we had dinner at Chops. We had an express ride. For apps Owen likes the croutons so much he got just them. Lisa on the other hand prefers some lettuce with hers. Mushroom soup for me. And the warm goat cheese salad for me. The dried cranberries are delicious. Lisa and I each got the petite filet. Owen got the filet and lobster. I ended with the raspberry sorbet. They failed to mention that it was a mountain of sorbet.
  11. Time to catch up with you guys. Currently at the pub. Everything is in backward order, like that episode of Seinfeld. We went to the ice show earlier. Unfortunately the sand artist is on break this week but the show was still great. Prior to that we went to our balcony for sailaway. A couple quick pics. More to come. We got to turn in the basin on the way out.
  12. Decent for the wave. I don’t think they have it heated right now as it’s so nice here in Miami. I also do my best not to fall and remained dry on my two runs.
  13. Captain just announced we have a delayed departure, for 7pm for thruster maintenance. It also gives those with delayed flights a chance to make it. The announcement was made while we were enjoying the view from the balcony. Other thing we are currently enjoying is some of Lisa’s birthday cake. Shane decided the we need to celebrate something, so he picked Lisa’s birthday which was February 14th. Happy Birthday Lisa. ❤️
