Hi. We are arriving back in Tampa in September at 7:00 am on Grandeur of the Seas. There is a flight out of Tampa airport at 11:11 am. Is this doable if we walk our luggage off ship and take a taxi or Uber to airport? Otherwise next flight is at 5 pm. Thanks.

What is the best/easiest way for 6 people to get to Sorrento from the cruise port with luggage to Sorrento? We are headed to Almafi Coast after cruise and need to ha ve a plan. The ship docks at 5 am. What time should I expect to get off ship? Thanks. 🙂

Hi. We are going in a 6 day cruise from Rome and ends in Rome. Day 6 is in Salerno Italy. Then next day is Rome. Can we disembark in Salerno on Day 6? We will be going back down there (Sorrento) when we get back to Rome. Would save us a day of traveling.

Oh my. All so confusing. Our cruise arrives back in Rome on July 2 at 5:00 am. Then we are headed to our hotel in Sant’Agnello. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I found a 9:16 am from Civiavecchia to Rome to Naples. Do have to transfer. Get to Naples at 11:33 am. Then we are going to Sorrento. I don’t see the 9:24 am one. Would we be able to take a cab to the Civitavecchia station?

How about if you booked a cruise in June 2023 with your travel agent and put down a deposit. I am going on a cruise in a few weeks. Can I go to Next Cruise and have them cancel it and rebook it with them. Then go back to travel agent and have them take it over?

So as long as you are gambling within the year, they keep your previous points? They don’t make you start from zero every April? They just roll over?

I was in a cruise last month and I was previously a prime member and I am no longer prime. I did not cruise since 2019 due to Covid and they said you lose all your points every year. You have to start over and earn 2500 to become prime again. Does this sound right?

Can I purchase the precruise package at $18.99 a day and then apply the $25.99 discount? If so, how do we do that?

I think Diamond members get 24 hours free Voom. Can we get 48 hours free since we are both Diamond members? It would be cheaper than buying the package before we board at $18.99 a day.

Hi. We will be sailing in the Oasis Oct 9 and doing the My Time Dining. Want to make my reservations but want to make sure we make them around the show times. Does anyone know what the usual times are for the shows?

Hi, I ended up calling the travel agent and they sent me a cancellation Letter to sign. Once I signed that, they contacted Celebrity and cancelled my cruise. I also called Celebrity just to be sure it was canceled. They wanted me to email them our positive tests along with our confirmation number and contact info. They wanted the travel agent to send the same information to them as well. I was told I didn’t have to attach my results to the Bermuda travel authorization. I’m sure I will not get that money back. I’m supposed get my cruises fare and my move up money back as a refund to the credit card I charged. Could take up to 45 days. Hope your all having a wonderful cruise. I wish I could be there. Just not feeling good.

Unfortunately we both tested positive and we are due to leave on our cruise on Friday. So disappointed. Went this whole time without being infected. We took out our own insurance. What do we do first to cancel the trip? Call Celebrity? TA? Insurance? Also, should we do - the FCC or refund? We received a Move UpBid too. Do we lose out on that money? Thanks for any help. Can’t think. Have Covid brain.
