You should be getting them soon. I received our cruise docs via email on April 8th for our May 5th cruise. They were available on my account (along with our luggage tags) on the celebrity website a few days before I got the email

After calling, emailing, and calling again for missing points, I finally got our missing points by reaching out to celebrity using facebook messenger. I got a response the same day I messaged them saying they’d look into it and four days later, the points were credited along with a follow up message from them.

€111eur is approx $120usd. If this price is for a cruise out of England or Australia the € price includes the auto gratuity of 20%, that equals out to $100usd + grat

Wow! Different stories are being told about the two power outages. Over on a different site, passengers onboard posted that each power outage was less than 15 minutes, yet you experienced it for two+ hours! They have also posted that the 2nd outage was to done to take the ship off its generators and put it back online to its normal power sources. Hopefully you can find some joy on the ‘rust bucket’ for the rest of your cruise

Our check in date was March 21st. Around 7:30edt on the 20th, people in Europe were posting that they were able to check in. I was able to get our passport info entered at this time, but haven’t been able to continue to select an arrival time since. I’ve yet to read about anyone on our sailing being able to select arrival times 🤨

The cheapest I’ve seen for the upgrade from classic to premium is $6.99usd or $9.99cad pp per day. As already stated, you can cancel and rebook the upgrade if the price drops after you book it

We’re booked on a transatlantic cruise that ends in Fort Lauderdale. For those of you who have completed a transatlantic cruise and debarked in Fort Lauderdale since the restart, how has debarkation worked vs closed loop voyages that start and end in Fort Lauderdale? Is there normally a delay due to customs inspections at all? If so, can you please share the approximate time you were able to debark? The reason that I’m asking is because we normally book the air canada 11:20 flight from FLL-YYZ and have never had issues making it in time, but I’m hesitant to book it after our transatlantic

@gerelmx Was your excursion the destination highlight: seaview trail? We also received an email yesterday saying it was cancelled and like you, when I went into our online account, it’s still showing as being booked and not refunded to our obc that was used to book it
