Has anyone used italytours.eu recently? Looking for recommendations

We used them in Marseille for the AIx Provence and Cassis tour. It was Fantastic, Our driver was a great tour guide, his driving was great and we loved the tour. Would def use them again -

Mine did not port over my old info and when i put in the booking number it says it belongs to someone else.... that happen to anyone else or am i just lucky?

Just wanted to ask a clarifying question on the premier package.... do they actually offer drinks ( like wine types etc) that you CANT get with the plus, or do you just get 20 credit vs 15 for each drink TYIA

Me too wrong month. It says i can change, but i cannot. I chatted with the help center for an hour, no luck.... luckily i was able to connect my reservation but i am hoping someone can help us!
