  5. I think unfortunately it might be a smaller ship, which easily tender into some ports, and easy to fill year round! Water slides can easily be fitted. We used to cruise many years ago on Superstar Virgo out of Singapore and they added a water slide etc.(actually never went on it again after the water slide, but that another story🤣🤣) SOme of the smaller ships have great Diamond Lounges too. I just want to get CRUISING SOON!
  6. Chiliburn We were on Voyager late January 2020 and although we don’t mind that class of ship.Their new enhancements didn’t work for us. Plus changes need to be made to the Diamond Lounge especially if Diamond + cannot go to the Concierge Lounge. Although Enchantment is a much older ship, many Australians still favour Rhapsody which is the same size! Don’t get me wrong we absolutely love Ovation, but much prefer a smaller ship like Radiance over Voyager or Explorer. Just my thoughts.😁
  7. One step at a time! I hadn’t thought of it, but as they are flying direct to Sydney on the day, I will cross that bridge shortly. They also want transfers which I am hoping the PVP can organise.

  11. They booked via a TA (now not in business) after cancelled cruises. A PVP has taken over, but difficult to get in contact with. I gave them the details of which cruise to book as we both were on the same cancelled cruise. I have a few months, so will work it out. I just thought someone might know. Thanks all.
  12. Apparently they had an amazing TA who did all this and gave them everything they needed. We have a few months and I am sure they will not be the only ones that don’t have the medallion app.
  13. Thanks all, this is going to be difficult for them. No smart phone, they live in another state to me and no family to help. I think I will talk to live chat!
  14. I did think of trying to do it for them, but i am having enough problems myself! I was just trying to save them some time at the pier. Are our tickets loaded on the app or do we still get them emailed?
  15. Hi all, I have a couple of elderly people who will be on one of our cruises. Can anyone tell me how they will get on without downloading the Medallion App? They do not have a smart phone/computer. Also, do you know how we get our tickets etc? They used to use a travel agent (who has gone bust) and now the Princess Travel Planner seems to have disappeared. Just wondering, how I can help them? Thanks
