  1. Just checking some pricing and when you add the "all inclusive" it really hikes the price. Now having said that we have always gone all inclusive but as Elite wondering is it worth it knowing we can get unlimited drinks I believe between 5-7? cheers
  2. Ten celebrity cruises with two booked all in sv cabins.....tells you something however each to their own. We enjoyed our first experience carried on to our second then just carried on from there. We like quiet and find there is very little footfall around the sv cabins.
  3. Hilo is docked....Kailua and Lahaina are tendered..........
  4. Baltic....I live in the UK and most days it is baltic lol...for us we would pick a warmer cruise
  5. I suppose it depends what type of cabin you want as to whether you book or wait. We always book early as we like specific cabins although we too will be on the Edge for the first time October 23 from Rome to Dubai. For the Hawaii September cruise we booked I thought it might have been more expensive that it was considering the OBC and its on the Edge which seems to be more pricey than other ships.
  6. thanks...we have always wanted to go to Hawaii and having never been to Vancouver or California [nearest I suppose was Vegas]....it gives us a chance to see a few places in one hit
  7. just elite but not too worried plenty of time.....

  12. Re... On our next TA cruise on Reflection and Conny in 2013 in a balcony we are paying $99 a day pp......... Are you a Time Traveller? lol
  13. Thanks for taking the time to write your review I have loved it!!
  14. Being the original poster its been fascinating reading the comments. A real mix of peoples personal opinions. I thank you for this. From our side we will cruise next year again and I cant wait but my wife is a kind of take it or leave it. She always says "are you not fed up with the same old same old". I know what she means with the daily routines and evenings of meal, casino, show, casino.....but waking up on a different port is something special. Personally moving forward I am trying to select cruises in places which is new to us e.g. next year we will be on the Rome to Dubai cruise as we have not yet been to places like Jordan or Dubai.
  15. I just wonder with a lot of negative reviews. In fact we had dinner with friends who were on the Reflection cruise in September and when discussing it they merely mentioned it was okay, food not great, ship needs an upgrade.........nothing really enthusiastic. And by the way one of them tested positive for covid after getting off the ship. Personally we will continue to cruise but I just wonder how others feel.
  16. so the casino closed on the last sea day [of 5 sea days] or the last sea day being Honolulu? Is this normal?
  17. Patiently waiting for the new releases. For anyone who has done these cruises which one do I book? Vancouver To Hawaii or California to Florida [Panama Canal] ? Much appreciated
  18. Have done a couple of transatlantics both from Rome on the Reflection.....loved them.
  19. cut and paste and a tweak by celebrity is all it will take...........
  20. Starting Sept. 6, vaccinated guests sailing on voyages of less than 16 days will no longer have to test before boarding and only need to upload proof of vaccination while getting OceanReady. Unvaccinated guests, or those who do not provide proof of vaccination, on those itineraries will self-test within three days of sailing and upload proof of a negative test before boarding. These new guidelines apply to itineraries from all departure ports except where government regulations and protocols may vary like Canada, Greece and Australia.
  21. lol.......no its not me in the video and yes its a brand new video.....I don't know what Celebrity was thinking of.......cost cutting? who knows.....
