I was okay with the person who left last night.

I have had similiar situations when I made the wrong decision and I regretted it greatly.

Happy Hanukkah to Dani,Bonnie and anyone else who celebrates the holiday.My immediate family will celebrate on Sunday and our annual cousins celebration will be Dec.24 because there are 8 who are in college who will not be home till that time period.

I just finished my Singing for Parkinson’s .We were 114 people today from an all over the world Zoom .We sang songs of the 1960’s beginning with a Shirelles song from 1961,a year that I recall quite vividly .It was the year of my HS graduation .A year when students were entering college,others going to work and others entering various branches of the military.

I have never owned jewelry other than a gold watch and a gold chain. The watch I only wore to select parties and the chain I last wore when it was given to me in 1962.

I miss the Christmas season at my long time job.It is now 27 years since I left after working there 25 years..I enjoyed buying presents for all the employees and the in house parties as well as out of office parties.At one time they invited those who retired but that stopped in 2000.

Nothing has changed since I came into this world .

My granddog who watches Survivor is statying with us this week. I read the names of the 7 remaining and he did not react at all.Therefore,his prediction of the winner on the last show was just a fluke or a flounder.

What is a Genie ?

We had always heard negative things about Norwegian.One of our neighbors only cruises with NCL and we decided to try a cruise. We have been on the Gem 4 times and love the ship. However,we opted to take an Holland American cruise to Alaska because they offered something that no other cruise line did at the time (2008). We did a 7 day escorted land tour followed by a 7 day cruise.

Congratulations ,Marietta and Charlie.The only time I ever won an amount like that in one day was on a horse race about 40 years ago.

I never heard of this organization ,however,there is likely an organization for everything existing in this world.

From age 8 to age 47 I had a very good singing voice .I sang in the style of Vaughn Monroe mainly in HS and college productions.One of my favorite songs to sing were the songs from Camelot.Even though I sing weekly in the Singing For Parkinsons my voice is not even close to what it was.Today I decided to sing this great Robert Goulet classic .Nobody was here to hear me torture the song.
