  1. I did see all the dinner menus on another site, for the Seascape. Every night did show the same "featured options", Meat by Linz and Broiled Cold Water Lobster Tail. I hope this helps.
  2. Thank you @Radio for the amazing ride along. We board on Sunday, so I have a few questions if you don't mind. 1. In most videos/photos I have seen, the infinity pool never looks busy. Did it seem busy to you? This is where we plan to be the most. 2. This is our first MSC cruise, so we are used to the casinos on CCL and RCCL. How would you say this casino compares? It seems small. We like slots. 3. Lastly, I have heard breakfast is a little chaotic with buffet, one dining room and room service trying to feed 5000+ people. What did you find to be the most effective way of eating breakfast? Thanks again and in advance for the answers.
  3. Hello fellow cruisers. We cruise in Seascape soon and are in an Aurea Balcony. When we booked it came with 2 Easy Plus and Wi-Fi for 2 devices. We also have one free change per cruise. Now, we are looking to upgrade to a Suite and the promotion is 2 Easy Plus and Wi-Fi for 1 device. My question is, will this be considered a change and we’ll just pay the upgrade price and keep the 2 device Wi-Fi, or will we be bumped down to 1 device and have to buy the second? Thanks in advance.
  4. I have one more question, if you don’t mind. What if we want to forgo the credit card altogether, and just put cash on the account? Are we able to do that at the kiosk as well? Also, if at the end of the cruise we have cash remaining, how do we cash that out? Thanks again for all the help.
  5. This is great advice, thank you. I already set up travel notifications with my bank, the credit card I will use is through my bank. With that said, should I let them know further that there may be a European withdraw, since I only put in the notification for the islands? This one actually stresses me a little because I don't want to be stuck and unable to pay.
  6. Hello there, fellow cruisers! We board Seascape next week, first time on MSC. We've cruised other lines many times so we have those routines down. As an example, when we cruise Royal it's Dining Reservations, Show Reservations, Muster, Cabin, DRINK. What is the proper routine with MSC, so that we are getting as much done, when we initially board? Thanks in advance.
  7. Although it carries a fee, room service is also an option. Another thing we do is grab some extra snacks from the buffet during the day and put them in our cabin and/or fridge to snack on later in the evening.
  8. On Seascape in 2 weeks, first time on MSC. We paid a bit extra for the Aurera amenities, but aren't balling on the YC budget, LOL. I've seen some posts lately about lots of YC outsiders in the YC only areas, and that would irritate me also, since you pay a bit more for the privacy. With that said, is the Top 19 only accessible with a room card (or similar)? If not, what prevents Non Aurera guests from monopolizing that area? We are hoping for a quiet space and the ability to use a hot tub every once in a while, but don't want to have our spots occupied by people who didn't pay for the amenities. Thanks in advance!
  9. I’m excited to read your review, as we are on in 2 weeks (March 19th). If it’s not an inconvenience I was hoping maybe you could find a definite answer to a question that I’ve gotten so many different answers to. Will the Premium Package allow for margaritas INSIDE Hola Cantina while dining? I’ve had some say they recently cruised and were able to. I’ve had others swear it’s a not allowed because it’s considered a “signature restaurant.” Thanks in advance and please have so much fun!
  10. Update: I called MSC and found a competent agent! She was able to get the package upgraded and paid for within 10 minutes. $20 per person, per day, $280 total for two, from Easy Plus to Premium.
  11. I don’t have the option on the site or the app. Ugh.
  12. If you figure it out, please let me know. We cruise in 20 days on Seascape and I have looked all over the site and app, but cannot find it. I’d like to save the 15% by upgrading before my cruise but it doesn’t seem possible for me. I can’t even find the option for speciality dining packages.
  13. Moschello’s is our favorite! Thanks for the advice.
  14. Yes, thank you for this. We were able to get matched a few weeks ago. It’s definitely a nice perk.
  15. Taking our first MSC cruise on MSC Seascape in 3 weeks. Diamond on CCL and RCCL, so not really new to cruising. 1. Can we order more than one drink at a time on Easy Plus? Like if I wanted a Tito’s & Tonic with an extra shot of Tito’s? Or, is it 5-10 minutes between drinks like CCL and RCCL? 2. CCL makes you sign for every drink on the package and RCCL does not. Which does MSC do? 3. Aurea here. I’ve heard that we need to make reservations to use the thermal spa, is this true? This one concerns me a little because we booked Aurea specifically for the thermal spa and sometimes we may just decide to go on a whim. 4. How does debarkation work? Same as CCL and RCCL, where we can carry our own luggage off early? 5. We’ve been to all the islands numerous times, so we may not get off the ship much in port. Are there activities throughout the day, while in port, to keep us busy? 6. For those who have been on CCL, RCCL or both, what’s something I should know about MSC that’s different? Thanks in advance.
  16. Hi there everyone, I am hoping to get some questions answered about my upcoming cruise, as this is our first time on MSC. I’ve searched the boards and found the answers to some questions and conflicting answers to others. We’ve also status matched to Gold. 1. We are on the Seascape out of Miami, in Aurea. Our boarding pass says check in is at 11:30am. When we arrive to port, is there a separate entrance for Aurea? I’ve seen conflicting info here. 2. It’s my understanding that there is an area of the ship that is only for YC and another area that’s only for Aurea (and YC). Is this true? If so, there is it? 3. With Aurea comes any time dining (and I think in a dedicated dining room?). Do we just show up to be sat any time between XX and XX, or do we have to make a reservation every night? 4. Lastly, what time are Aurea cabins generally available on embark day? Thank you all in advance. ⚓️
  17. Do you do this once on the ship, or is there a way to do it before the sail date for the pre cruise discount?
  18. Hello there fellow cruisers, I have a quick question that I am hoping someone has some insight on. I am Prime with Casino Royale and have a comp cruise booked for May. On the tier grid is shows "VOOM® Surf & Stream Internet Wi-Fi Packages DISCOUNT" for Prime. I called Casino Royale to ask if I need to utilize this discount through them, wait until I am onboard, or am I able to use the discount if I am booking on the cruise planner ahead of the cruise. They told me they cannot do it on the phone, the discount is not available if booking on the planner ahead of the cruise, and that I would have to wait until I get on the ship. I usually book the internet ahead of time, as it's cheaper than waiting until you're on board, so I asked what the discount is on the internet, so I would know which route to go (cheaper ahead of time without the tier discount or cheaper on the ship with the tier discount) and they told me "there is no specific discount percentage, so I am unsure." Does anyone know how to utilize the VOOM Casino discount and minimize the cost? Thanks in advance.
  19. Hello all, and thank you in advance for any insight. This will be our first time cruising MSC, currently Diamond on Carnival and Royal. We are booked in an Aurea Balcony, but have an offer to upgrade to a YC Interior for $300pp USD. Although we do enjoy a balcony, it is not a must have us. With that said, from any past experience, stay with Aurea or bite?
  20. Hello there fellow cruisers, I have a question I am hoping someone can help me out with. I’ve been cruising Carnival for about 10 years and am 8 sea days away from Diamond. When we cruise we spend a little time in the casino and over the last 2 or so years, I’ve gotten braver, even having won a couple big jackpots on the slots. My last cruise on Carnival was in October and I spent quite a bit in the casino, and left thinking “I’ll get the free cruise offers”, but I’ve gotten nothing. The only offers I get are the regular VIFP offers, but they are all for Australian cruises. Rarely ever do I get anything for US sailings, and never anything for free. Am I doing something wrong?
  21. The offer was emailed to me and provided a link to the Casino Royale Offers website (which is where the screenshot is from). There is no fine print, so it's indeed a little confusing. I will give Casino Royale a call and let you all know what they say. Thanks again.
  22. Hi there, I have a quick question that I am hoping someone knows the answer to. I just debarked (Monday) from IOTS and on the cruise became Prime. That night, I received an email for a Casino Royale offer, as shown below. It has no expiration date and a trade in value of $300. The list of itineraries is extensive, from now until December 2023.. from interiors to balconies and ports all over the world. My question is, am I able to book several from the list, or just one? Also, why no expiration date? I have always seen them with expiration dates. Thanks in advance.
  23. I think that I remember seeing back in September, Indy was one of the first RRCL ships to get Starlink, but based on this thread, I am second guessing myself now. Can anyone confirm that Indy has Starlink?
