I was on the Symphony last week. There is a note in the compass that non-refundable credits transfered in the casino will as a promotional credit and cannot be cashed out.

How long have passport renewals been taking?

Hubs just did his renewal. Eight weeks from the day it was mailed until the day the new one was received. Status online never changed from "received". In fact is still showing the same and the new one has been here for a couple of weeks.

Nice. Hopefully the other blocks from earlier sailings are also shipped. We have been waiting since March.
