I’ve noticed on my last three transactions I did not receive 2X points for Carnival purchases. I called and they added 200 points but I’m actually owed 500+. They are “looking into it”. Anyone else had this issue?
I currently have a 3 person room booked. One guest may need to cancel. If we cancel her and switch to a 2 person room, what penalties/fees are we facing?
We have a cruise booked with two rooms. If we were to change one of the rooms from 2 guests to 3 how would that work as far as fees, deposits paid, etc.? I understand we will have to book a different room. Thanks for any help!
I heard they have Celsius energy drinks at the coffee bar. Does anyone know what flavors they have? It would be nice to not have to take my own!
Also, I see they have Blantons and Buffalo Trace (whiskey). Are these available at all bars or just certain ones?

I have a room booked for November on the Sunshine with 3 other travelers. I have a family member that would like to book with his friend. They are both under 21; therefore, cannot book on their own. What is the best way to accomplish this? Switch one of my over 21 guests to his room? How much will the switch cost? Any other ways to do this? (Note: I want to keep 4 guests in our room so we don't lose the room we have booked)
I read on a Carnival Facebook group that South Carolina residents are not allowed to use OnPoint for proctoring. Does anyone know if this is correct? I can’t seem to find anything online that states this.
