Strawberry Daiquiri cocktial: Ingredients 1 part Cruzan® Aged Light Rum 1 part DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur Handful of Strawberries 1 part Lime Juice 1/2 cup Ice Instructions Freeze strawberries. Blend all ingredients in blender. Serve in a sugar-rimmed hurricane glass and garnish with fresh strawberry or lime wheel.

Coconut Old Fashioned cocktail: Ingredients 2 parts Cruzan® Single Barrel Rum 1/2 part Simple Syrup 3 dashes Bitters Coconut Water Ice Cubes Orange Peel Instructions Cut a wide swath of orange peel and lightly press it in the bottom of a rocks glass. Add rum, syrup and bitters. Now drop in a few Coconut Water Ice Cubes and stir gently. Coconut Water Ice Cubes Recipe: Pour a can of Coconut Water (strain the pulp out first, if needed) in an ice cube tray- the bigger the cube tray the better and freeze for several hours.

Peach on The Beach cocktail: Ingredients 3/4 parts Cruzan® Peach Rum 1 1/4 Cruzan® Aged Light Rum 1/2 parts fresh Lime Juice 8 leaves Mint, Fresh 1/2 Pineapple Ring Garnish with Mint Sprig Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender with two ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds. Let it settle for another 20, then pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lightly slapped mint sprig.
  4. @ger_77 we've stayed at the Homewood Suites on Griffin Rd. in Dania Beach. Clean, quiet hotel. Not sure about food places around as we eat at the fast food place near by. Shuttle to the ship, not sure of the price but it was quick. You sign up in the lobby.

Blue Margarita cocktail: Ingredients 2 parts Sauza® Silver Tequila 1 part DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur ½ part DeKuyper® Blue Curacao Liqueur 2 parts Lime Juice Garnish: Lime, Blueberries, Salt Instructions Combine all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake until well chilled. Strain into a margarita glass over ice. Garnish with a lime and/or blueberries, and finish with salt on the rim.
  6. Makers Mark Summer Breeze cocktail: Ingredients 1 1/4 parts Maker's Mark® Bourbon DeKuyper® Orange Curacao Liqueur Ginger Ale Garnish Orange Wedges Instructions Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Makers Mark® Bourbon, a splash of DeKuyper® Orange Curacao Liqueur and a squeeze of fresh orange. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Jim Beam Black Hot Toddy cocktail: Ingredients 2 parts Jim Beam Black® 1 part Honey 2 parts Fresh Lemon Juice 1/4 cup Hot Water Lemon Peel Instructions Put bourbon, honey, and lemon juice in a 6-ounce mug. Top off with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a lemon peel (optional).
  8. Red Velvet Cake Martini cocktail: Ingredients 3 Shots 4.5 oz. Whipped Cream Vodka 1 Shot 1.5 oz. Creme De Cocoa 1 Tbsp. Red Velvet Cake Mix 4 Shots of Whole Milk 6 oz. 1 C. Ice Optional Garnishment: Cream Cheese Icing Note: You can substitute 2% or Skim Milk for a lighter option. Instructions Prepare martini glasses by dipping rims in cream cheese icing. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for around 30 seconds. Strain into martini glasses.
  9. Jim and Ginger cocktail: Ingredients 1 part Jim Beam® Original 3 parts Fever-Tree Ginger Ale Garnish: Lemon Wedge Instructions Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
  10. Killeggan Brosna sour cocktail: Ingredients 2 parts Kilbeggan® Single Grain Irish Whiskey ¼ part Lemon Juice ¾ part Grapefruit Juice ¾ par Simple Syrup 1 Egg White Instructions Combine ingredients, shake without ice, then add ice (½ tin) and shake again. Serve up in a coupe glass.

Sqrll Top Banana cocktail: Ingredients 1/2 part SQRRL® Peanut Butter Whiskey 1/2 part Cruzan® Banana Rum 1 part Cream Garnish: Whipped Cream, Toasted Coconut Instructions Combine SQRRL® Whiskey and Cruzan® Rum in a cocktail glass over ice and stir. Top with cream. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

Makers Mark Collins cocktail: Ingredients 2 parts Maker's Mark® Bourbon 1 part fresh Lemon Juice 1 tsp Sugar Soda Water Garnish Maraschino Cherries Garnish Orange Slice Instructions In a shaker full of ice, add Makers Mark® Bourbon, fresh lemon juice and sugar. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Strawberry Lemonade Mojito: Ingredients 2 oz Cruzan® Strawberry Rum 1/2 Lemon Wedges 7-10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves 1 tsp Sugar 2 oz Lemonade, Sparkling Garnish Strawberries Garnish Lemon Twist Instructions Muddle mint leaves, lemon wedges, and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Add ice, rum, and sparkling lemonade. Stir to distribute ingredients, and garnish with strawberry and a sprig of spanked mint.

Paradise Punch cocktail: Ingredients 12 parts Cruzan® Peach Rum 12 parts Ginger Ale 4 1/2 parts Honey Syrup 3 parts Lemon Juice Instructions Combine Cruzan® Peach Rum, honey syrup and lemon juice in a pitcher. Stir then add ginger ale right before serving over ice. Serves 6.

Banana Cinnamon Mojito cocktail: Ingredients 2 oz Cruzan® Banana Rum 1/2 of Lime 7-10 leaves Mint, Fresh 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup 2 oz Soda Water Garnish Mint, Fresh 1 Cinnamon Stick Instructions Add Mint, lime cut into wedges, & sugar in the bottom of a pint glass. Gently muddle for 10 seconds. Add rum to the pint glass and fill with ice. Top with a shaker and shake for 5 seconds. Top off with ice and add your soda water. Garnish with fresh spanked mint & a cinnamon stick. Cinnamon syrup - Add 1/2 cup of Sugar, 1/2 cup of Water and 4 crushed cinnamon sticks to a sauce pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat for 5 minutes. Let cool and bottle. Will stay good for one week.

Fiscal Agent cocktail: Ingredients 1 1/4 parts Maker's Mark® Bourbon 1/2 part Green Chartreuse Liqueur 1/2 part Carpano® Antica Vermouth 1/4 part Maraschino Liqueur 3 dashes Cacao Tincture Garnish Orange Zest And Orange Peel, Burnt Instructions Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir until well chilled and diluted. Strain into chilled coupe. Burn orange zest on top of the cocktail and discard the peel. Using a potato peeler, peel an orange peel, zest the fresh oil on top as well, then rub around the rim of the glass and drop in. *Cacao tincture: Pack a mason jar with cacao nib. Fill with Makers Mark® Bourbon and cap. Let it sit until ready to serve, shaking a little every so often. When peak flavor has been achieved, strain through a chinois packed with cheese cloth and store in an empty bitters bottle or eye dropper.

Home Team Mojito cocktail: Ingredients 1 part DeKuyper® Pucker® Sour Apple Schnapps 1 part Cruzan® Aged Light Rum 1/2 part Simple Syrup 1/2 part Lime Juice 1 part Soda Water 14 sprigs Mint, Fresh Carbonated Water Instructions Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Top with rum, DeKuyper® Pucker® Sour Apple, and carbonated water.
  19. Cruzan Summer Breeze cocktail: Ingredients 2 parts Cruzan® Coconut Rum 1/2 part DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur Lime Soda Water, Sparkling Lime Wedges Instructions Combine rum and triple sec in a rocks glass over ice. Top with sparkling soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.

Add ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange zest.
  21. Mango Hurricane cocktail: Ingredients 1 part Cruzan® Mango Rum 1 part Cruzan® Aged Dark Rum Orange Juice 1 splash Grenadine Orange Wedges Cherries Instructions Combine ingredients with ice in a hurricane glass. Add a splash of grenadine. Garnish with orange wedge and a cherry.
  22. Hornitos Ranch Water cocktail: Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. Hornitos Plata tequila 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice 4 oz. Polar raspberry lime seltzer water 1 lime, slice, for garnish Directions Pour tequila and fresh lime juice into an ice-filled 8-oz. glass; stir to combine. Top with seltzer water. If desired, cut a slit in a lime slice for garnish.

Au Kee Ta cocktail: Ingredients 1 1/2 parts Auchentoshan® American Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky 1/2 part Amaretto 1/4 part Amaro® Nonino 1/4 part Black Walnut Liqueur 3/4 part Lemon Juice Pear Cider, Dry Instructions Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with cider and garnish with a dried apricot (optional).
