You then clear immigration in Hakodate, your terminal is right at city center, 5 min to the train station, can purchase a tram day pass from the tourist info center inside the station. So you give up Kagoshima and Shimizu port.

Look at Google Map, accessing the Inner Ports must through Incheon Port Lock. Only Incheon Port Cruise Terminal (built in 2019) has immigration and customs facilities. It's no brainer where Celebrity cruise will dock. International Business District Station on Incheon Subway Line No. 1 is the nearest metro stop to Incheon International Cruise Terminal (7km)

Celebrity Millennium usually arrives Yokohama at 6:30am. Japan port clearance takes time, the earliest can get off is after 7:30am.

I doubt one will walk that distance under hot weather, tram fare is only 280 yen and takes 34 mins. Why spend 3 hours walking?

Seems the cruise docks at Ujina Foreign Trade Wharf instead of Itsukaich. Don't know if any free shuttle drop off at Hiroshimako Ferry terminal, there is high speed ferry leaving to Miyajima at 2:25pm, 33 min travel, fare 2100 yen/pp last return is 5pm. This place is a pain to DIY.
