walkabout07 Posted January 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Anyone done the Colima tour (museum, ruins, etc) or the magic pueblos (Norgueros/Comala, coffee factory) tour? If so, what was your impression... Would you recommend... What should we expect... Thank you, in advance, for any guidance, reviews, or recommendations. Rosefloater Posted January 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2016 We did both and both were good. But, we liked the Colima tour better. The coffee factory was just a store in Comala where they roasted and sold the coffee. Both restaurants that the tours went to were very good. Make sure you take a picture of the giant dancing dogs statue. The museum is interesting.

walkabout07 Posted January 28, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted January 28, 2016 Thank you all so much for helping us decide on a tour. Sounds like there are at least three great options now. Thanks again.
DougH Posted February 1, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 1, 2016 I recently did the Colima tour and enjoyed it. The lunch we had was fantastic. I love getting out of the big cities into the smaller towns

We did a Princess tour in Guatemala and was very disappointed. We did a lot of fa at walking from place to place and then standing around waiting for stragglers. I loved what we saw and the lunch was vey good, but my feet were so bad the next day I could barely walk.
