 Is there any difference in the aft facing cabins on the Millie? Is there a better deck to be on, 7, 8 or 9? Thanks..

I would choose deck 7 first, 8 second, 9 third. They are all great rooms and I have been on deck 7 and 8 aft. They are awesome, go for it.

Choose 7 or 8! We were on the Millie in November in cabin 9160 on deck 9. These rooms are directly below the Ocean Grill. We weren't bothered by late night noise but the mornings were a different story. At about 5:30 AM the staff started to move all the tables and chairs. Since there is teak flooring in this area we heard every chair being moved. When we complained, they moved the time to 6:00 AM Whoopie! Our next complaint brought us an offer to move to another cabin. However, by this time we had gotten used to the extra large balcony and, of course, none of these were available so we opted to stay. We have already booked another Celebrity cruise on the Eclipse and moved down a deck so there are rooms above and below us. Aft cabins are the best!

The aft facing cabins on Millie (and her sister M class ships) are great cabins. They have huge balconies - partially covered and partially uncovered so you can have sun or shade. The balconies on the Deck 7 cabins are the largest and they get progressively smaller on Decks 8 and 9. Even so, they are by far the largest balconies for non-suite rooms.

Just came off the Infinity (same set up as Millie)and had Stateroom 9160 located under the Ocean View Grille. At night, never any real noise but I do understand the noise in the AM and afternoon. Solution-we brought a small lightweight fan that had a mild hum like a white noise and NEVER heard anything. Even napped in the afternoon and slept in some mornings. Perfect solution to enjoy a beautiful balcony. I so agree, Aft cabins are the best. :)

Millenium 9162

Large aft balcony two lounge chairs and two seats with table.

Perfect....however

Lots of noise from deck 10 chairs scrapping on the floor

If this will not bother you then its perfect

If it will..then move down to deck 7 or 8 might still hear it but

likely not as much
